When you contact Bizgram, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your requirement. Basic technical information needed for security and abuse prevention may also be processed.
How we use it
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, prepare quotations, coordinate service delivery, handle support or maintain an appropriate business record. We do not ask for passwords or payment-card details through this form.
Security and retention
The website uses input validation, a CSRF token, a honeypot and rate limiting. Security logs are designed to avoid storing message contents. Business correspondence may be retained where needed for customer service, accounting, contractual or legal purposes.
Sharing
Information may be shared within Bizgram teams and with service providers or logistics partners where that is necessary to fulfil your request. We do not publish enquiry details.
