The Elgato Wave:1 is a versatile USB electret-condenser microphone designed for a wide variety of podcasting, streaming, gaming, and recording applications. The mic connects to your computer via a USB Type-C connector for recording at resolutions up to 24-bit / 48 kHz. The USB port also supplies a computer return to the microphone, which you can monitor along with your voice through the 3.5mm headphone jack. Headphone volume is controlled by an easy-to-access knob, which functions as a mute when pushed.
