The UniFi FlexHD Access Point from Ubiquiti Networks is a Wave 2 access point with 4×4 MU-MIMO technology. Utilizing Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) technology, the FlexHD can use 5 GHz (for up to 1.7733 Gb/s) and 2.4 GHz (300 Mb/s) frequency bands indoors and outdoors thanks to its weatherproof design. The FlexHD can be mounted in a variety of ways, such as on a tabletop, wall, or a pole. The FlexHD also works with the UniFi Network Controller, allowing for scalability. This means it can be used to build wireless networks as big or as small as needed, all in a unified management system.
